Where are you located?

We are a home-based clothing alteration service located in Canberra, Singapore. Our full address will be provided via email once your appointment is confirmed.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Since we are home-based, alterations are by appointment only.

Do I need to book an appointment for alterations or can I walk-in?

How long do alterations take?

For alteration only: 2 weeks. If you stay within our delivery zone, it will be sent back to you by next / following Monday.

Prefer to collect in person? WhatsApp us to arrange a time once you’ve received our email confirming your alterations are ready.

For alteration and dry cleaning: Clothing will be altered first, then sent for dry cleaning.

We will drop you a message if there are any changes or extension required.

Do you offer express alterations?

Express service is available at the following rates:
Within 24 hours: 2.5x
Within 3 days: 2x
Within 5 days: 1.5x

What should I bring for my alteration appointment?

If you are altering pants or long skirts, bring the shoes you’ll be wearing with it.
If you’re trying to recreate or modify the look of something you already own, bring that along as well. A little reference goes a long way!

If I would like to dry-clean my clothing after alteration, do I need to make a separate order?

No, you can just inform us that you would like to send the clothing for dry-cleaning during your alteration appointment and we will process it for you. You do not need to submit an additional order via our website.

Will I have free doorstep delivery for my altered clothing?

If you stay within our delivery zone, Yes we offer free delivery for selected estates! (Click Here to check for doorstep eligibility)

Once your clothing has been altered, we will deliver it to your doorstep. However, if you prefer to collect them earlier, just let us know via WhatsApp.

Customers not in our delivery zone – once you received the email sharing that your clothes are ready for collection, WhatsApp us to let us know when you would like to collect them.

I stay outside of the delivery zone, can I make an alteration appointment?

Yes of course! Simply book an appointment by clicking here. When your clothes are done, we will inform you and you can swing by to collect it!

Dry Cleaning Service

What is dry cleaning?

Dry cleaning is a cleaning process that uses a liquid solvent instead of water. It’s gentler on fabrics and helps maintain the shape, colour, and texture of your clothes.

How is dry cleaning different from normal washing?

Normal washing uses water and detergents, which can shrink, stretch, or fade certain fabrics. Dry cleaning uses a special solvent that cleans without water, making it ideal for delicate or structured garments.

How do I know if dry cleaning is safe for my clothes?

Most clothes are safe for dry cleaning, but always check care labels and fabric types before proceeding.

A dry clean safe care label is indicated by a circle symbol on the clothing’s care tag. If the circle is empty, it means the item can be dry cleaned. A crossed-out circle means the item should not be dry cleaned.

Fabrics not ideal for dry cleaning:
· Faux leather / polyurethane coatings – can cause cracking and peeling
· PVC or plastic trims – can cause warping or degrading
· Rubberised fabrics – can cause hardening or stickiness.
· Sequins, glued beads, or plastic embellishments – may dissolve and lose shape.
· Waxed fabrics (like waxed cotton jackets) – can strip away wax coating
· Certain delicate knits, silks – may lose shape or stretch

What items do you wash and dry clean?

We clean suits, dresses, shirts, coats, blouses, formal wear, delicates, household items like curtains, and more. For the full list, refer to our Rates page.

Can you remove stains?

Yes, we treat most common stains. However, success depends on the stain type and fabric. Please indicate the area of stain by placing a post it / safety pin on the area.

How do I prepare my clothes before handing them over for cleaning?

Empty all pockets, remove accessories (e.g ornaments, belts, special buttons), and check for any delicate details or pre-existing damage you’d like us to note by sticking a post-it / note in that area. If you are handing over clothes for both washing and dry cleaning, kindly bag the items separately (i.e one bag for washing and another for dry cleaning).

How long does laundry take?

Clothes are collected on Monday and returned by Friday, within the week.

We will drop you a message if there are any changes or extension required.

Can I drop off my clothes for dry cleaning instead of selecting pickup?

Yes of course! Simply submit an order by clicking here and WhatsApp us when you are intending to drop off your clothes. When your clothes are done, we will inform you and you can swing by to collect it!

Is there a minimum order for pickup?

No. We’re happy to pick up your items regardless of quantity.
